Rich and fabulous could really be a state for many people who live their life off millions of dollars at their disposal. While a major chunk of the world thinks twice before making a purchase, a handful of people do not have to worry about that.

But there’s a dramatic difference between people who look rich and who are rich.
Warren Edward Buffett – an American business magnate, investor, and philanthropist who serves as the chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, one of the most successful investors with the net worth of $87.5 billion as of February 17, 2018, is also one of the world’s richest people.

He’s far richer than those who live in luxurious mansions that span across acres of disturbingly expensive pieces of land. But what has left the internet amused and humbled is the fact that he is still living in a house he bought in 1958.
Billionaire Warren Buffett shows that happiness is key to living in the same modest house he has owned for sixty years. This is the house he’s lived in the for most of his adult life: despite being the owner of a bottomless fortune, he never really changed it.

He bought this house in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1958 for $31,500. It has 5 five bedrooms and 2.5 baths and he calls it the third best investment.

He proves that great people are great not because of their bank balances, but because of their values and thoughts.
